The Seven Nations Pond is the headquarters of the Third International, based in Shanghai, China. It's a large international complex housing all the functions for the Third International including the International Court and International Politburo. In addition it houses the offices of the representatives of each nation, numbering fifty each and their aids.
The name of the Seven Nations Pond is to reflect unity among seven recognized regions of human habitation: Asia, Oceania, North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This reflecting its ambitions to someday house representations from all corners of the globe and the foundation of the regional blocs. The invocation of the pond is a poetic attempt to relate all people in a small environment they are to share equally.
